Oh, hey! So happy you're here. My name is Megan. I’m a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP). I’m passionate about helping others live healthier and happier lives. We all deserve to feel our best-physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. 
 
My approach to wellness is bio-individual. I stay away from one-size-fits-all approaches. I recognize that you and your body’s needs are unique, therefore a unique plan is required. 

My practice is also based on foundational health. The 6 foundations of health are: Nutrient dense diets, Digestion, Blood Sugar Regulation, Fatty Acids, Mineral Balance, and Hydration. With any symptom or discomfort you're experiencing, I will fall back on these foundations to find root causes and work from here to develop a plan that fits your needs and goals.

With nutritional therapy, we take a holistic approach aimed at identifying and addressing the root causes of a client's health concerns. Our goal is to help you achieve optimal health through proper nutrition and lifestyle habits. We can assist with digestive health, blood sugar regulation, fatty acid deficiencies, mineral balance, hydration goals, sleep problems, stress management, hormone health, immune system challenges, cardiovascular health, detoxification, and much more. Our yoga classes are gracefully themed around self-acceptance, releasing judgment, and trusting intuition, just to name a few. We're passionate about helping people connect with their bodies and find balance in their lives. Join us on the mat for a variety of classes, including Beginners, Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, Chair, and more. We will guide you through each session, helping you achieve your goals and deepen your practice.

Take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and join us on one of our immersive wellness retreats. Our offerings include a range of activities designed to promote relaxation and rejuvenation. Our packages include yoga classes, journaling, gratitude practices, and much more.With every enrolment including lunch and a take-home gift bag, you’ll be equipped with the tools and knowledge to continue prioritizing self-care long after the retreat has ended.
